Charleys is a great store, bring your girlfriend to Charleys as a test. No but seriously it is a great store to bring anyone to.

The staff goes real quick, they seem to have everything under control even with so many people.
What do you Recommend?
What should you order at Charleys Philly Steaks? Hmm, maybe just get a drink? But seriously get a philly steak, get any philly steak; pretty much all are good and above every other store that makes philly steaks.

Do I need to be informed of anything?
Not really just keep an eye on estimated delivery time and notifications, most if not all deliveries go well and the few that don't you are covered for, sometimes they even give you extra things as an apology but please don't take advantage of that as some stores who don't deserve it would lose out on money. If there are any problems ever you almost always get your money back by contacting Uber.
I live in an apartment on the top floor, do things change?
Yes things do change, understandably most people do not want to climb floors to deliver. Most people will call you to come down to get the food, few are nice enough to come up. Sometimes drivers have disabilities or other orders to deliver so it is understandable. If just wait outside during the estimated delivery time with your phone for identification that is usually the best way to go.
