Kind of sassy in a decent way, I called in just to see if the delivery driver would be coming soon and the person talked me to very sternly even though I preceded the conversation by saying I liked the food and it was no problem. It was a weird and funny conversation. I didn't care at all though since the food is good but I thought I would share the story.
What do you Recommend?
Get the jerk chicken even if you aren't a jerk. The chicken is for all types of people.

Do I need to be informed of anything?
Not really just keep an eye on estimated delivery time and notifications, most if not all deliveries go well and the few that don't you are covered for, sometimes they even give you extra things as an apology but please don't take advantage of that as some stores who don't deserve it would lose out on money. If there are any problems ever you almost always get your money back by contacting Uber.
I live in an apartment on the top floor, do things change?
Yes things do change, understandably most people do not want to climb floors to deliver. Most people will call you to come down to get the food, few are nice enough to come up. Sometimes drivers have disabilities or other orders to deliver so it is understandable. If just wait outside during the estimated delivery time with your phone for identification that is usually the best way to go.
