Did you clog the toilet again or is this the first time?

No need to worry. Mr.Quality has unclogged a toilet over 500 times and is strangely not a plumber.

You do not need tools in 70% or so of cases, however it is always recommended to buy a tool that is better of it's peers. Keep reading to see the tool in action but use the hot water method I describe below so you can unclog your toilet without waiting for delivery.
Straight to it
Let's get straight into it because you are most likely furious or enraged or embarrassed or a combination of all 3 emotions if your toilet is clogged. I bet you are even feeling disdain for the duck in the above picture huh?

Shame on you, the duck hasn't done anything to you yet, but I understand completely so read the below.

Hot Water

Hot water is one of the best methods to unclog a toilet unless your toilet is clogged because of a toy car or another similar object stuck in your pipes; if you have a child or pet that may have dropped it in there.
Wait until the toilet water lowers to a good enough point that flushing will not have your toilet water overflow and DO NOT FLUSH until then because your toilet bowl will overflow.

It can take any where from 30 minutes to 9 hours or so depending on the clog. It's usually 1 or 2 hours at most.
In the meantime go fill a Poland spring bottle or something similar with the hottest water you can get. The tub faucet usually gives hot water. The water should be as hot as you can get it but don't burn yourself.

Once the water is at a low enough level, get ready to pour in some hot water.
Flush and at the same time pour in that hot water, pour all of it in as angrily as you can.
​
What is happening, I believe, is the steam creates a vortex of suction and that should usually dismantle any toilet paper or anything causing a clog.
​
This works around 70% of the time, perhaps more. If it didn't work see the below.
An advancement of technology??? Found in a Plunger, of course
If your clog is pretty bad that not even hot water worked, or you just want an easier solution without waiting for the clog to go down every time you make a clog.
​
Buy the only tool I have given a 10/10, I gave it a higher score than the legendary Herman Miller Aeron Chairs and that should say a lot.
It is perhaps the greatest tool I have ever used, strangely, and I have bought and used a lot of tools. You can see my product reviews here later, try to fix your clog first. Herman Miller Aerons are still amazing though, I'm not saying they're not.
Analysis - How does it work?
The plunger is a true advancement of technology, it uses the force of water instead of suction like other disappointing plungers use, and has it's unique triangular shaped head for penetrating your clog. I have named this tool, I call mine Plungy, he is the best man.

See the above how I use Plungy with 1 hand in order to clean a pretty bad clog. How I made the clog is below.

You see the force of water is far stronger and more versatile than the force of suction, at least when speaking of unclogging things, and this results in this particular shaped Plunger being the Plunger the world needs.
​
You do need to know how to use it against strong clogs to unclog them faster but it should come natural to the wielder and if you keep using it eventually works anyway.
How to Use? (Adult Inside jokes)
To use the plunger well, you need to pump a little bit first to warm up your control of the water and then rapidly pump.
​
I believe this actually creates suction as well as using the force of water. The video shows me utilizing this method but I did not need to pump rapidly, my arm kind of hurt but Plungy still helped me out.
​
Continually keep pumping and you will eventually clear the clog.
​
Side Note: If you use a paper towel after master debating and accidentally put it in the toilet and it clogs, you can unclog it using this plunger.
​
Disregarding the above see how long truly long it took me below with 1 hand. It took like 2 minutes and I was taking it easy with a bad clog I made. See the how I made the clog further below.

I have been utilizing this plunger for over 3 years now and it has helped me so much, it beat every clog thrown at it and I'm quite confident it will continue to do the same for many more years.

The Test
So I took out the brown paper roll from the toilet paper and just put all of the toilet paper in to clog my toilet for you guys. This was hard to do with 1 hand so I hope you appreciate it.

Doing this results in a pretty bad clog that you usually won't make, but that just shows the power of the plunger, it can unclog your toilet even when you do that.
​
See the video below to see what I did. I put the toilet paper in and try to jam it even tighter, then I let it rest for 2-3 hours so I could try using hot water first but that didn't work.
Other Tools - Auger
99% of the time you should not need the tools below, but I'll mention them anyway.
​
An Auger is used to penetrate your toilet deeply because it is a line that goes into your toilet and you control that line like a fishing rod.
​
This is only used if there is a non-decomposing object stuck deeply in your pipes and you will have to fish it out.
​
A plumber will use this tool and most people don't know what it is.
​
I ended up throwing mine out because a dirty Auger is quite unsightly and my Plungy is the master of clogs anyway.
