Phone on Desk

You need an Email address for pretty much everything. A Gmail Address is from Google and Google is good.

A phone number is also needed but you can usually lie about it. On Uber Eats don't lie about it because delivery drivers are the perhaps the only people that call with good news, sometimes food gets delivered early.

Steps

This is how Uber Eats looked like when I made this tutorial, when you first open it without an account. Perhaps it will change in the future but most steps should still be the same or very similar. Press continue or you can press on skip but even if you do, it asks you for information anyway.

This Second Image shows you need to give your phone number, I believe it's usually the second thing Uber Eats asks because they need it in case the delivery driver needs to contact you, so you can get your food or groceries. Most deliveries don't really involve calling especially if you come outside around the estimated time of delivery.

You will need to enter the code sent to your phone number to verify it. Big companies don't like dealing with spam phone numbers, no one does honestly.

Uber also asks for your email because you need to make an account, like everywhere now. You don't need to check your emails since once again the best way to get your food is wait outside for like 1 minute during the estimated delivery time. But they might give good deals especially in the beginning of your Uber Eats account.

You can put any name you wish but you would need to remember it and also your bank might call you if you put a different name and then use your card. Just put your real name since it's Uber.

Enter your payment method, if you don't have a debit card or credit card, a bank debit card is pretty easy to get. You just go into a bank and ask for a debit card.

You can make sure your address is correct at multiple stages, Uber Eats should show the one they are using.

You can decide if you want to join Uber One but it isn't mandatory. You can always scroll down. Uber One isn't bad though.

Scrolling down and you won't need join Uber One but you might miss out on a little bit of savings if you end up using Uber Eats a lot. It's usually 30 days free for the first time.

This is how the Uber app looks when you are in. It's pretty sleek.

No concepts are really needed to understand. This picture shows how to message your delivery driver, should you ever need to.
