What makes a heater is that it actually works and in New York, the landlords' heaters usually are terrible.
Take heating matters into your hands, the brand doesn't matter as much but how many watts of electricity the heater uses usually determines how hot your heater can get. Most radiator style ones get hot enough but most importantly once you plug them in they actually work, unlike these radiators or broken pipes emitting such a small amount of steam, if any at all. The electric heaters being radiator style is important, mrquality goes into why further below.
This heater has 1500 watts and gets quite hot on maximum settings. Mrquality would say anywhere from 1100-1500 should be good for most people. There is another heater mrquality uses with 1200 watts, also from comfort zone that provides a good enough amount of heat. Sometimes you can buy comfort zone heaters in store but amazon is just very convenient with free returns. (Be warned this is perhaps the least likely product you will return, if you are cold) You might want more than 1 of these heaters for another room in your home or maybe as a gift but buy 1 first and see how amazing it is.
Make sure to get the radiator style ones because the directional ones have lower wattage and lower heat due to safety reasons, also the heat doesn't spread as far or in as many directions the way this radiator style does.

If you don't have a electric heater or you know someone who complains about being cold who doesn't have one, buying one is one of the most life changing things, strangely but certainly.

Who should buy?
Everyone should buy this heater. If I had the money to buy a lot of people one thing, it would most likely be this heater.
How is it set up? Do I need anything else?
There is set up to comfort zone heaters, I will make a video showing the set up in the future but it's not much and you shouldn't wait for a video to buy this.
The set up entails using wingnuts/screws in order to attach the small dog like legs but you can always just put the dog-like legs on the bottom of the heater without screwing it and call it a day. Note doing that is quite unsafe and 100% not recommended even though I might have left mine like that for a while.
They do give you everything you need but also terrible instructions like 90% of products. Still you should be able to figure it out.
Is there anything else to know?
I really wish people told me about electric heaters before, I don't think there is any other thing I have paid for that has improved my life more than this item. The reason it got a 9.9/10 is because it is not an improvement or advancement of anything but it is quite amazing.
