Yugioh Extra Zero Festival Deck

Yugioh Extra Zero Festival Image

Can't think of what to use during the Extra Zero Deck and are also afraid of birds? I hope the decks below can help give you regardless of your fear of birds or not. All decks are relatively cheap and you might already have some nice cards that can improve them some more.

Odd Eyes Boss Deck

FpzoRLs.png

Above is my odd-eyes boss deck I'm using. I'm using the Generaider engine and complimenting it with Odd-Eyes cards as well as the spellcaster support odd-eyes has. It is not optimized all the way but most of my decks aren't because I like to give my opponent's a chance. (That's another way of saying I don't have money for gems, at least winning feels better though)

It has some very strong 1 card starters. Some cards are actually there to deal with every scenario, I like to be able to deal with as many scenarios as I can, even if costs consistency because you can become a better player when you are forced to deal with bad hands.

Make your opponent feel like they have to fight against a true boss instead of a big penguin.

Use Condemned Witch to Summon Loptr and then use Loptr to summon Harr the Boss.

Use Performapal Skullcrobat Joker to add the Odd-Eyes card you want. You usually want to add Wizard dragon to special summon the Harry Potter Dragon himself.

Anchamoufrite is an upstart goblin in this event and can also special summon himself not only that you can tribute him to tribute summon odd eyes advance dragon.

Use Pendulum Call to get rid of any cards you don't want while adding black fang magician and timebreaker magician.

Killer Robot Brothers

FZccZKk.png

Above is the Big Benkei and Machina Citadel Killer Robot Brothers combination. Big Benkei is a pretty decent man that can do a lot of damage and be easily searched for. This deck is a little slow compared to the others but you can optimize it quite heavily if you choose to invest a bit and reduce it to 40 cards.

Normal summoning or special summoning Machina Unclaspare to send Machina Citadel to the graveyard is something you want to do as soon as you can do it.

You can use Machina Gearframe to do so easily as well as using Machina Redeployment to add gearframe or just adding Unclaspare can special summon it and send Citadel to the graveyard.

You can use Super Heavy Samurai Wagon to do the Wagon Dance and add Soulpeacemaker to then summon Big Benkei.

You can also just Urgent Schedule if you go second and your opponent has more monsters than you to special summon Citadel instead of sending it to the graveyard first.

Urgent Schedule is a ridiculously strong card, summoning Citadel and Super Heavy Samurai Soul Piercer can allow you to destroy your own Soul Piercer or if it is destroyed by your opponent to add the Super Heavy Card you need to your hand.

You can also summon Big Benkei after your Giant Rat is destroyed by battle and they never see it coming.

Having the Killer Robots together is pretty cool. Big Benkei can be equipped with cards to make him stronger and hard to defeat. Super Heavy Samurai Soulbeads is a pretty great defensive card that can help Machina cards as well if they are in defense position when destroyed.

Remember some Super Heavy Cards like the Wagon cannot be activated or used if you have a spell or trap card in the graveyard so be aware of that and try to use your Spell and Traps as a last resort or just summon the Super Heavy Samurai card that needs to use it's effect, use it's effect and then use Spell/Trap when you are done with it.

Oilman seems hilarious to use in this deck if you really want the Oil.

Zombie Generaiders

X1ugMJs.png

Above is the Zombie Variant utilizing the Generaider Engine.

The above deck is not optimized at all because I've seen a lot of people use good zombie decks so I just wanted to give ideas to those people. I unfortunately don't have good zombie cards but you should know the good ones like Eldlitch.

A lot of people wanted to give the birds the business with Zombie cards and Zombie world so I hope the Generaider Engine can help you do it better.

You can use WightPrincess to make Level 10 Mr.Penguin's attack to zero. It is a handtrap that reduces cards attack by 300 x their level and has key effects in the Skull Servants archetype.

Vampire Grimson is an insanely strong card if you can get it out and keep it there. It does not allow your monsters to be destroyed by battle or card effect but birds can still return it to the hand so be aware of that.

Phantasm Spiral

wgJH1rN.png

Lastly is the tried and true Phantom Spiral Deck but mine doesn't have any floodgates.

Floodgates are cards that turn off your opponents ability to do certain things as long as they are there.

I don't have or use floodgates currently in my decks but you might like using them so go right ahead. I definitely suggest using floodgates in a Phantom Spiral Deck because it is very reliant on going first.

Still you can make going second work especially if your opponent doesn't understand the strength of your field spell and it goes unnegated.

If you are still struggling with birds, I have bird advice in the page where I discuss the generaider engine better. I also have a Beginner's guide if you want help with Pendulum cards. See the links below.
