Cyber Dragons is a great deck for anyone to use. A lot of people use this deck and sometimes call it Cydras. It's also a really fast deck and at the same time very versatile in it's nature. I'll update this deck later to include more staples since I made this deck a long time ago.
On mobile devices and even on desktop you can click or tap on the pictures in order to see a bigger size and maybe a easier description. You can also just type the names of the cards below into master duel to see how they are. The Deck Strategy and Deck Main Cards are below to help you.
Combos
A Nashter and cyber dark Chimera are ideal to have so you can make rampage dragon and ideally Sieger because Chimera allows you to banish monsters from the graveyard when fusion summoning using power bond.
Using the machine Kaiju that is searchable if you can use Cyber Repair Plant you can instantly take out an opponent's threat and after that the kaiju by summoning any cyber dragon and following that with Fortress Dragon.
Chimera is definitely the star card as it can find you power bond, a very strong fusion spell and then allow you to use power bond by banishing cards instead of just using your hand or field.
The Kaiju is also great because it can remove any threat and cyber dragon has barely any trouble removing it.
What makes this deck Fun?
Cyber Dragons can go first and make Cyber Dragon Infinity, an Omni-negate card that can also steal 1 attack position monster on the field every turn.
Or they can go second like most prefer and go into Rampaging dragon after breaking their opponents board.
Don't forget one of the best cards in the game: Infinite Impermanence has Cyber Dragon Infinity as it's art, which is very cool.

Deck Strategy
If you want to read the effects of the cards, you should be able to read most of them by clicking or tapping on them to make them bigger.
Using
Summon
Use Power Bond or Cybernetic Fusion (if you need to search) in order to fusion summon the Rampaging Dragon. To use Power Bond you need 2 additional cards in your hand yet because your decks has a lot of Cyber Dragons (shocking) you will be able to use the fusion most of the time. The Rampaging dragon is very strong and can destroy 2 spells or traps so if your opponent has mirror force you can destroy it and increase your safety, not only that, Rampaging Dragon can send 2 cards to the graveyard (you will want to send Hertz or Core to graveyard for further safety) to attack 2 more times usually ending the game. If you did not end the game see the other strategies below.
Using
Summon
Using Cyber Dragon Nachster you can discard the original Cyber Dragon or Cyber Pharos and you will have special summoned 2 monsters to your field. This can allow you to summon Cyber Dragon Sieger which can power up your Rampage Dragon if it was not already powered up by Power Bond. Cyber Dragon Sieger on it's own is a great boss monster as well because it really can get 4200 attack by powering itself up (if you need to) and people don't sometimes don't understand that it can do that, so they attack your Sieger.
Using
Summon
If you don't have to many options or need a negate or want to equip an opponents monster to yours, you can summon Cyber Dragon Infinity in order to fulfill those needs. In order to summon Infinity Easily you can use Cyber Dragon Drei as when it is normal summoned you can make all Cyber Dragons you control level 5. Still I don't use this card much as Cyber Dragon Infinity while it is strong, I still like using Rampage more since it's end games without having the chance for a comeback which is what I want if the opponent seems strong to me or I want gems.
As you can see Cyber Dragons are very versatile and a great deck to use to get a lot of gems. They also have some staples you can use in other machine decks and are just plain cool.
Picture of Decklist (Cards and Info Further Below)
Cyber Dragons don't really require too much to build and have some machine staple cards in them you can use in other decks. I always want to go second so I can end them with Cyber Dragon Rampage and you might want to too.

Card Staples (In pretty much of every deck)
Ultimate Attack - Rampaging Cydra
Cydra likes to go Second so you will usually have 1 extra card. One of Cyber Dragons Ultimate Attacks is very straight forward however because does entail risk so you need to make as many plays as you can before summoning your Rampaging Dragon. Lava Golem, Kaijus and Forbidden Droplet reduce a lot of risks and can help you win against even the strongest opponents. You can also search a Kaiju with Cyber Repair Plant.
Conclusion
Cydra's is a very powerful deck and can beat pretty much anything thrown at them with relative ease. It is a lot less strong going first so always be wary to why your opponent let you go first, maybe they are playing Cydra's too. If so try to get Infinity on the field or better yet, leave the field open with handtraps to negate Rampaging Dragon then use your own Rampaging Dragon next turn.
Once again I'll update this deck later with more strategies and more staples since I made this one a long time ago.
